Print Your Label
Generate and print a prepaid UPS shipping label directly from the portal, or opt for a QR code for a printer-less drop-off experience.
Pack and Ship
Place your gear in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized UPS location, ensuring all previous shipping labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
