We stand by everything we build. If there is a defect in workmanship or materials, or if you manage to wear out your gear through heavy use, we will repair or replace it for free.
How do I choose the right size Rucker or GR1?
Sizing depends on your height and torso length. Generally, the 21L is ideal for those under 6'0", while the 26L is better suited for individuals 6'0" and taller or those who need extra capacity.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our rucksacks, footwear, and apparel to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all products in new, unused condition with original tags attached. Please note that event registrations are non-refundable but can be transferred.
How should I clean my GORUCK gear?
We recommend hand washing your ruck in a tub with cold water and mild detergent. Air dry only; never put your gear in a washing machine or dryer as it can damage the materials.
